Competitive Compensation
$30 an hour base x driver production factor with OT after 40 hours for all hours related to work. 30$ is the floor but not the ceiling. The driver production factor rewards drivers that hustle. The current fleet benchmark is 40.48 miles per paid hour. If your weekly average is 42 mph then your weekly DPF is 42/40.48=1.037%. 30x1.037=$31.11 an hour w/OT at 40 hrs. The more you beat the average, the higher your pay will be while having a base that drivers can depend on. The DPF is the average of the entire fleet per paid hour. Modern Fleet
Overnight LLC runs Mack Trucks. Comfortable but tough and reliable. Overnight trades all trucks before 500K and trailers at 10 years. Overnight was founded by a driver. We know drivers need equipment that keeps the wheels turning. We pay for parking our trucks. Drivers never pay for parking.
ELD Compliance
Overnight LLC is an American company, born and bred. Samsara is our ELD provider. Hours of Service compliance is foundational to operational safety. We are not outlaws. We operate with respect for the law, traditions, and culture of American trucking. We pay by the hour from the ELD data to promote safety first. Overnight wants to be the home for professional career truckers, not the TikTok set who think they will run 4000 miles a week solo with a ghost driver and overseas dispatch resetting their ELD.
Qualifications
2 years flatbed experience preferred, Pass a DOT drug screen, Solid driving record. Operate in the Northeast, Midwest, Southeast, Good FMCSA PSP report. Obtain TWIC and Tanker endorsement
